Flashing
Flashing is the thin metal that bridges the gaps where your roof meets walls, chimneys, and the top of your fascia. When it fails, water finds its way behind your siding, into your soffit, or down inside the wall — usually undetected until rot or staining shows up. We install or repair flashing as part of larger gutter, fascia, and siding work, or as a standalone job when needed.

What's included
Every flashing install includes:
- ✓Drip-edge flashing along eaves and rakes
- ✓Step flashing where roof meets siding or chimney
- ✓Counter-flashing for masonry chimneys
- ✓Color-matched aluminum to blend with the existing roofline
- ✓Removal of existing materials, disposal, and full clean-up.
- ✓3-year workmanship warranty.
Best for
Best when you have a roof leak that the roofer says isn't the roof, water staining behind the gutter, or a re-roof handoff that needs new flashing tied in.
How it works
From estimate to install.
- 1Inspection
We pull back enough material to see what's there and where the failure is.
- 2Scope
We tell you whether it's flashing alone or whether the surrounding fascia/gutter needs work too.
- 3Install
Clean cuts, tight seams, sealed where it should be sealed.
