Estimates & quotes

All estimates are free and no-obligation. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing. Final pricing may change if on-site conditions differ materially from what was visible at the estimate (for example, hidden rot uncovered during install). We will always tell you before we bill anything beyond the original quote.

Workmanship warranty

We warrant our installation workmanship for 3 years from the install completion date. If a leak, separation, or fastener failure is the result of how we installed the system, we'll come back and fix it at no charge. The warranty does not cover damage from falling trees or limbs, ice dams, freeze/thaw events outside of normal local conditions, modifications by other contractors, or buildup from un-cleaned debris. Manufacturer warranties on materials (typically lifetime on gutter guard mesh) pass through to the homeowner.

Payment terms

We do not collect deposits. Payment is due in full upon job completion and walkthrough sign-off. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Past-due balances may be assessed reasonable late fees and collection costs as allowed by California law.

Privacy

When you submit our estimate form, we collect your name, phone, email, address, and the project details you provide. We use that information only to follow up with you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Submissions are stored in our secure backend, accessible only to Brett and authorized staff.

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If we add any in the future, this page will be updated to disclose them.

Photos shown on this site are from real Brett's Seamless Gutters installs. We do not use stock photography to represent our work. Reviews shown are either pulled from our verified Google Business Profile or transcribed verbatim from customer correspondence with permission.

Service area

We serve Redding, Anderson, Shasta Lake, Cottonwood, Palo Cedro, Red Bluff, Corning, Weaverville, Bella Vista, Happy Valley, Millville, Whitmore, and the surrounding areas of Northern California. We will travel further by arrangement; ask at your estimate.

Licensing

Brett's Seamless Gutters is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB #1149899) and carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Proof of either is available on request.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page from time to time. Substantive changes take effect when posted. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
